How do I return a product purchased on www.islamicattar.com?
If for any reason, you wish to get a refund/exchange, you may return your item(s) to us within 15 days of receiving your order. Please complete the returns chart in full, which will be enclosed in the parcel containing your order and make sure you include the returns chart in the parcel. All these done, you can then ship your product to the return address provided on the return form via a trusted courier service.
Please ensure that the product is in unused, unwashed and original condition. Include everything from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.

If you cancel your order online before the product has been shipped, your entire order amount will be refunded.
Refunds for all returned or canceled products will be credited back to the Original Mode of Payment used by the customer in 3 to 7 days. However, if the customer wants the cashback amount to be transferred in their bank account, same will be credited into their account after the bank account details are provided by the customer to the Refund and Exchange team.
